How long is delivery of my order?
Your bale order can take up to 7-10 working days to be delivered.
How much is the delivery cost?
Delivery cost is R500 per bale up to 60kg. There is an additional charge of R7 per kg over the 60kgs.
Can I pick and choose the items in the bale?
No, the standard bales are already packed when received from our international suppliers.
Can I exchange or return bales?
No exchanges. No refunds allowed. As we trade in second hand goods.
What is the physical address of the stores?

How do I order?
Speak to one of our overcoat sales specialists and they will help you choose the correct bale and advise on payment and delivery. Each specialist is assigned an area, please visit our sales team page to find the specialist for your area.
How much does a bale weigh?
Bales have different weights dependent on the product. From 25kg up to 300kg.
How many pieces are in a bale?
There are different quantities of pieces per bale. It is dependent on the product type which has different sizes and weights and is made of different fabrics. An example is 25kg Scottish mix may contain approximately 30-35 pieces.
Can I buy half a bale?
Bales are prepacked and sold as is as per the wholesale price list.
Are the bales made up of the bad quality items that don't sell in the store?
No. Our bales come directly from the overseas supplier as is. We do not open or create the bales ourselves. Stock sold in the store all comes from bales that have been opened and used fully.
Can I buy large quantities of the exact same coats/jackets in the store?
No. The coats are all different, one-of-a kind items. All bales contain a variety of different styles, sizes and colours of the same category of coats/jackets. Military coats are available in bulk in the same style.
Can I get the bales and then pay after?
No. Bales will only be released once payment has been confirmed and cleared in our account.
How do I check my delivery?
Once your order has been booked for delivery you will receive a tracking number via SMS from our delivery partner BIGFOOT. There will be a link in the SMS to track your deliver online on the BIGFOOT website. If you need help please call the Overcoats Administration Office on 011 845 4769 with your tracking number. Please note that due to the current situation in the country BIGFOOT does not go into certain areas to make deliveries as it is a security risk for their drivers. Please contact the Overcoats Administration Office on 011 845 4769 for a list of areas and make alternate arrangements to collect from the depot nearest to you. Delivery costs will be adjusted should you be affected by these arrangements.
Do you deliver everywhere?
Due to a safety aspect for the delivery drivers, our preferred courier does have ‘no-go’ areas’. If you live in any of the following areas, please contact your sales specialist directly to arrange an alternate collection/delivery point at a revised cost from the standard amount. DURBAN Deliveries are done to all townships, ie: Umhlazi, Lamontville, Kwa Mashu, Inanda, Clemont & Chesterville. PIETERMARITZBURG No township deliveries done. This includes Northern Natal. Arrangements can be made for collection in our PMB branch or Ladysmith/Newcastle mini depots. JOHANNESBURG Township deliveries done. Please call to confirm if regional towns (100km) radius is covered. CAPE TOWN No township deliveries done. You will need to collect from the branch. EAST LONDON No township or villages delivered to. Collect from the branch/nearest main centre. PORT ELIZABETH Deliveries done to only Motherwell, New Brighton, Kwazahele & Zwidi. GEORGE No township deliveries done. BLOEMFONTEIN Township deliveries done NELSPRUIT Township deliveries done POLOKWANE Township deliveries done.
